Coconut Cabbage Recipe Ingredients:
Heat 1tblsp of oil in a pan and add mustard seeds in it.
Add spring onions and chillies fry it for 1-2 mins.
Then add cabbage and masala’s in it.
Fry the cabbage till it become soft.
Lastly add fresh coconut and cook in low flame.
Garnish with coriander and serve.
- ½ kg finely chopped cabbage
- 200 gms of coconut grated
- 1 green chilli
- 2 spring onions (finely chopped)
- ¼ tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tblsp oil
- 1 tsp zeera powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
