• 200 gms crushed cottage cheese
  • 1 small cabbage shredded
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 capsicum shredded finely
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tblsp oil
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 green chillies chopped in 3 pcs
  • Salt to taste
Take a pan and heat 1tbsp of oil in it, add cumin seeds and add cabbage, capsicums and fry them for few mins till it get soft.
 Add cheese and masalas, mix them well.
 Add green chillies and salt.
 Fry them a few mins.
 And lastly garnish them with coriander and serve.
