• 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

• 4 salmon steaks

• 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Cooking the Food:

1. Prepare your grill and then add some charcoal underneath then light it up until it turns bright red.

7. Broil for another 5 minutes or until done, test the fish with a fork or broiler fork and remove from heat.

8. Serve the dish with your choice of grilled vegetables. This recipe is good for 4 servings.
