• 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

• 4 salmon steaks

• 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

• Lemon wedges for garnishing

• 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt

Cooking the Food:

1. Prepare your grill and then add some charcoal underneath then light it up until it turns bright red.

6. Grill the fish until the garlic marinade begins to bubble, when you see the marinade boiling, turn the fish fillet and add some of the sauce or marinade on the top side again.

7. Broil for another 5 minutes or until done, test the fish with a fork or broiler fork and remove from heat.

8. Serve the dish with your choice of grilled vegetables. This recipe is good for 4 servings.
